1. General Provisions
These Cancellation & Refund Terms apply to transfer, VIP transportation, vehicle allocation and other reservation services provided by Emir Tur VIP Tasimacilik Turizm Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("Emir Tur VIP").
All customers who create a reservation are deemed to have accepted the terms below.
2. Cancellation of a Reservation
The customer may cancel the reservation in writing (via e-mail or other permanent means of communication) before the start time of the service.
Cancellation requests become valid as of the date and time they are confirmed by Emir Tur VIP.
3. Refund Conditions
Unless otherwise stated in writing;
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the service, the full amount is refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the service, all or part of the amount may not be refunded due to the planning and operational costs incurred by the company.
- If the customer does not show up for the reservation (No-Show), no refund is made.
- No refund is made for services that are not used or benefited from after the service has started.
4. Cancellation by the Company
Emir Tur VIP shall inform the customer as soon as possible in cases where the service cannot be performed due to;
- force majeure,
- adverse weather conditions,
- road closures,
- decisions of official authorities,
- vehicle breakdown or safety reasons.
In such cases;
- the service may be rescheduled for a different date or time,
- an equivalent service may be offered,
- if no alternative solution is possible, the amount paid is refunded to the customer.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are made on the basis of the payment method used, within the periods stipulated by the applicable legislation.
Emir Tur VIP is not responsible for delays caused by banks or credit card institutions.
6. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, epidemics, decisions of official authorities, strikes, road closures, flight cancellations and similar circumstances beyond control are considered force majeure.
In such cases the parties shall cooperate as necessary to find a mutual solution.
